The 155th has a block of rooms at Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte for October 19, 2023 through October 22, 2023. Group rates for the 155th are $159/night plus tax and includes overnight parking.

For the Banquet night, if you go for the Plated Dinner Duel (Grilled and Sliced Flank Steak & Chicken Break with Chef’s Choice Accompaniments) you will just need to know the number attendees in your party registering for dinner and any dietary restrictions (ie. vegetarian, gluten free, any food allergies).
